" Wij hebben het aankoop proces prettig ervaren. Toen ik 2 jaar daarvoor een beetje aan het zoeken was kreeg ik contact met André. Hij belde me of ik bezichtigingen wou komen doen, maar we waren nog echt aan het oriënteren. Hij zij toen als jullie zover zijn dan neem maar contact op! Ik had natuurlijk meer makelaars benaderd die mij maar bleven stalken zodat het bijna vervelend werd. Toen we na 2 jaar beslist hadden we gaan toch echt de stap maken om een huis in Spanje te willen gaan kopen Toen dacht ik, ik moet die André is mailen. Ik gaf onze eisen en wensen door en al gauw kwam André met een lijst met huizen om te gaan bekijken. We zijn toen naar Spanje gegaan en hebben allerlei opties van huizen bekeken. Na een aantal bezoeken kwamen we bij ons huidige huis, het gevoel was er meteen bij mijn vrouw dit vind ik een leuk huis uiteindelijk na wat onderhandelingen was de koop gedaan. We werden in contact gebracht met een Advocaat en administratie kantoor die alles voor ons ging regelen, na 3 maanden was de officiële overdracht begin Juli. Ondertussen hebben we het huis helmaal eigen gemaakt door nieuwe meubels te kopen en maken wij en onze kinderen er heerlijk gebruik van. Van de tevreden klanten Frank en Chantal. "

" If you want us to rate Andre on a scale from 0 to 100, we would give him 200!!! We came to Spain as Belgians who had lived abroad for over 30 years. After expat years in the Netherlands, Austria, and the USA we had the idea to retire in Spain. However, we had never before visited Spain, we don’t speak the language, and we had no clue what the country had in store for us. Before we arrived in Dec2019, we had contacted several real estate agents via email. Andre stood out, and not even in a small amount! For several months we emailed; we had dozens of questions; his replies were fast, accurate, and always very friendly. Never did he push us in any way. In fact, he not once mentioned properties he would recommend for us. Instead, he just listened and provided us with the answers we needed. That Sunday morning when we finally met in Denia after several months of online communication, we had a cup of coffee together and he took us on the road. For two days he drove us along the entire area between Denia and Alicante: showing us urbanizations, styles of living, different views and locations (mountains, sea, inland, coastal) while constantly asking questions trying to figure out what we were looking for and what would fit our perfect location, lifestyle, and view. When the third day arrived, he brought us to several properties. At that point, his mastermind had figured out - through questioning and visiting areas, not houses!, with us - what his clients were looking for. By the end of that third day, we sat down to sign the paperwork with the seller! Indeed, Andre guided us to our dream house! We are forever grateful for his absolutely amazing service and dedication to his work and the happiness of his clients. We can only VERY highly recommend Andre! He’s just the best! "

" For us it was an orientation whether or not we wanted to buy an apartment in Spain. After an enthusiastic conversation about the possibilities in Spain, we wanted to explore further with André what our possibilities were. Our follow-up appointment was in Spain. " Andre was the only one who made us feel that we were thinking about our wishes. After an exploratory meeting we made an appointment in Spain. We had quite a few wishes regarding with our young children. We wanted to be at a maximum 40 min drive from an airport, near a big city, close to the sea and at least 5 bedrooms. Andre showed us several houses in Spain that all met our wishes. He really took all the time for us, both during the sale and after the sale, he is easily accessible and helpful. If we ever look for a new house in Spain, we will certainly have this taken care of by Andre. "
